19.03

Welcome cocktail for the teams whose route passes through Târgu Jiu, at the Central Base of Gorj Mountain Rescue, Victoriei nr 7A street, visit of the base and presentation of the National Center for the analysis of images captured by drones Salvamont-Vodafone.
Teams arriving in Târgu Jiu by train or public transport will be provided transportation to the Rânca area (the competition venue).

3-5 p.m., welcome cocktail in Rânca, registration, accommodation, technical meeting, evening meal.

Professional and sports field activities programme, Event analysis

7 p.m., awards ceremony, festive meal

9 a.m., end of the activity and departure of the delegations.

The foreign delegations will announce in advance if they wish to extend their stay for skiing or touring activities, speleology, via-feratta or tourist program; the hosts will provide them with all the necessary information, will enable them to carry out these activities and, where appropriate, will provide them with a guide free of charge. These activities can take place in Gorj county or any other county within the country, in which case the Mountain Rescue team in the respective area will support carrying out these activities and, within possibilities, accommodation in the Mountain Rescue bases and posts.
